When I got the message from Mark Hudson, I sent him back the following
response:

"How's it feel? Having to defend your platform after someone in upper
management pulls the rug out from under you? Those of us in the HP 3000
community feel your pain.

"Let me give you some advice from personal experience. Everything you said
is probably true, but unless it is said by Michael Cappellas, few people
will believe you."

Don't know exactly what he was thinking (sincere, sarcastic, etc.), but he
responded:

"Thanks for your advice...."
