In most cases a customer's hosts.net.sys file was created by making a copy
of hostsamp.net.sys file. The line is there as a sample only. The line
can be deleted form the hosts file without causing a problem to you system
or network.

"192.67.67.20 nic.ddn.mil src-nic.arpa"

I hope this answers your question.
