The problem we're having is that the client paid for on-site installation,
but can't find an MPE person to  come on-site for the install.  I'd rather
not do the installation myself since the installation service has already
been paid for, but we're about to that point.

We called HP on 2004/01/08, and are still waiting.

i'm not sure if you mean configuration help or actual
installation....but i suggest you get in touch with jon broz up in
cleveland.  ([log in to unmask])  he was enormously helpful when we were
installing our n-box and va7100.  sorry, but i don't seem to have a
phone number for him....
