I believe the syntax you are looking for is:
%qedit @.source(code<>'VFORM'), CHANGE .....
what I always do with this is just do a listf to check that I am
qualifying the
files I want Qedit to look at to confirm, so you should see the files
you want
to edit with a:
%listf @.source(code<>'VFORM'),2
