One of the Linux distributors, SuSE of Germany, has a distribution built
especially for e-mail services. See
http://www.suse.com/us/products/suse_business/email_server/index.html
and look for "e-mail server III"
[their web page also has a link to their "test" system so you can see the
web-interface in action...]
