The series 30 will not run true MPE/V.  It will run MPE/IV or MPE/V-R.  What
you will get is a piece of history.  The series 30 was the 2nd HP3000 using
HP-IB (MPEIII 1912) and SOS technology.  It is essentially a series 33 in the
HP300,  yes HP300 cabinet.
 
It was extremely sloowwwwwwww!
 
If you get two of them, you can make book ends.
