Too many darn incompatible versions of mover!  :-(

The way I decided to deal with this for Apache/iX, Syslog/iX, and BIND/iX is to
also provide a copy of the same mover that I used to package the archives.  If
the user's local mover can't unpack my archives, then the user just downloads
my copy of mover from the same ftp/http directory.

Probably every page on Jazz that has links to mover archives should also have
a link to the mover binary that created them.
