Short Description: Enhance VOLUTIL to allow SHOWSET SNAME=@;INFO=ALL

                            Business need:
                            On systems with many volume sets, it can be
difficult to remember which
                            volume classes have been assigned to which
sets. A wildcarded SHOWSET
                            would produce a single listing with all sets
and classes shown.

                            As an additional option, a new ;INFO=ALL option
could be added; when
                            used in conjunction with the @ wildcard, this
would allow SHOWSET to
                            produce a single combined listing of all volume
set definitions and settings.
                            Such a listing would be useful as part of a
disaster-recovery documentation
                            set.
