First place to look is your system --- is it configured for a
network?
What it sounds like to me is that the system is not configured
for
network use and has no node name or IP address configured in
NMMGR.

(Standalone systems do not need to be configured for IP
networking,
just DTC network - and if there is no TCP/IP configured, then
there
would be no node name --- the web server requires TCP/IP to be
configured with NMMGR).

Cheers
Joe
