If you have Disk Space Manager from Bradmark, the LISTFILE (LF)
command will provide you with a list of all file extents and their
location (disk volume, address and length).

There may be other ways (without using a 3rd part tool) but given I
have access to a tool I've not needed anything else.... :-)
