Chad,

We're using DLT's on 5.0 with PowerPatch 6 (maybe PowerPatch 5 will
suffice???).  We didn't purchase them from HP, though, and I think the
first "officially" supported release for DLT is 5.5.

I have heard rumors that DLT's are officially supported on MPE/iX 5.0
with the installation of a patch. Maybe they are not rumors and I missed
the announcement because I have been sleeping 6 hours instead of a
system manager's usual 4 hours.

Can anyone give the bottom line on the DLTs and 5.0?
