Hello all...
Recently we ran a scope on our system to see what areas we could improve
on. We have some programs written in INLEX REX, that once compiled, are
stored on the system as a PROG file. We contacted INLEX to see if they knew
how we could convert these into native mode programs. They pointed us to
the OCTCOMP.PUB.SYS file. We ran this on a couple of our larger programs
and have not noticed a difference in the amount of time these programs run.
We were informed that it should increase dramatically as soon as we run
them through the OCTCOMP program. Here is the syntax we are using to run
the program through OCTCOMP:

COPY XXXXXXXX YXXXXXXX
OCTCOMP YXXXXXXX XXXXXXXX

Once this is done, we confirm that there were no errors reported.
However, we are still not seeing the benefit to our system. Can anyone tell
me if we are doing something wrong? Or maybe missing a step?

Thanks in advance,
Christopher Whetzel
