Greetings to the -L....

I need an assist on a pretty easy one....I have to limit concurrent logons -
there can only be 1 instance of a session per user....user HPLIST is only
allowed 1x logon at a time, and if another is attempted, the idea is to
terminate with extreme prejudice.
