Joe,
We usually build the account structure on the desired volume set first
and then do a restore from the oldacct to the new account using the
restore options ACCT= and GID=.  We use RUN
BULDACCT.PUB.SYS;INFO="acctname %vsacct=volumesetname".  We use the
oldacct name in the command and then edit BULDJOB1 that is created by
BULDACCT to the new account name.  We then stream Buldjob1 and then
restore from the oldacct. Doing it this way keeps the group access and
capabilities the same as the oldacct (which ours are different than the
default).
