Actually, yes, I have posted a message to HP's ESC webmaster, yes, I
received a reply, and, yes, follow-up to fix an early problem on that
site was done.  HP has shown that it *can* care!  Keep trying!

It sounds to me like you have confused HP for someone who even cares.
Did you ever post something to their webmaster?  Did you ever get a
reply?  Case closed.
