You should use 91% isopropyl alcohol ( about $1US/pint at drug stores)
on the heads, rollers, and cleaning block. The freon solvents were never
very effective at removing the transparent binder from the heads anyway.
If you had purchased your drive later you would have noticed a sticker
telling you use the 91% that was stuck over the instructions on the
cardcage cover that said "never" use 91% isopropyl. Avoid getting the
alcohol on plastic or painted parts. Apply the alcohol with a swab
(cloths are not effective) and don't be afraid to scrub a little.
