If you happen to be looking for a router/hub at the same time, one or more
of the LinkSys models suitable for home or SOHO use has the Internet phone
capability built in, with a POTS jack on the back so you can use a regular
telephone and don't have to jack-up your PC with extra hardware and
software.

Be forwarned, even though you don't need blazing bandwidth, you will need
latency times (under 100ms?) and very low packet loss rates. High latency
means you will tend to talk over each other, but you can get used to it.
Packet loss can make the sound "choppy".

I suggest a visit to DSLReports.com for their free tools to test all
aspects of your connection speed and quality.
