Subject: Information on Interex Amendment of Bylaws
<color><param>0100,0100,0100</param>Rick Saunders, Chairman of the Interex
Board of Directors, has asked me to
communicate the following information on his behalf.
In response to some postings to this list, Interex has set up a Discussion
Board and background information on the amendment passed by the Board of
Directors on June 11, 1999. This amendment changes the composition of the
board and needs approval of the membership. A ballot has been sent to all
members and is due by July 30, 1999.
