If that does not work let me know, it could be that someone
(administrative) created a custom installation using the Customization
Manager and its just simply NOT there ;-) I have experience with this
type of set up and it may be that (depending on the security) you have
to simply uninstall and reinstall the application (Reflection) from the
Standard MSI package or to have your administrator create a NEW package
with that option enabled.
