Robin Cook ran Tony Blair's political campaign, he helped him to become
Prime Minister, he indicated a couple of weeks ago he could not back war
without UN sanction and when it was obvious it wasn't going to be obtained
resigned on his principles, it could be that he will never be in a position
of power again, but stood up to be counted. As for the rest he's just
another
human being !

How many ministers in the government?

Was he the only one who resigned due to differences in policy?

Have other ministers in the past resigned as the result of differences in
policy"

Real questions that need to be evaluated so as to understand the impart of
Mr Cook's actions.
