 Today, we tryed to do a 'LISTF' on message file and we have received the
following error message.
MON, APR 26, 2004, 9:11 AM
OP.AMSOP:LISTF ABCMSG.PUB.HSXX,2
Cannot access file "/HSXX/PUB/ABCMSG" due to lock contention. (CIWARN 9169)

What does this mean?
