The easiest way to do this -- although it may too late -- is to run one or
several CPU-intensive standalone (i.e., no other programs running) program,
obtaining accurate before and after conversion timings.

Doing this should accurately reflect the two CPU's speed differences,
especially if that was all that was changed out in the box. In fact, this is
really the only practical way to measure the differences.
