Yes, it shows as a "fully installed product", but still not in the "bundles" section below.

And to answer the other questions: the language in question is C and yes, it is a licensed version.

We get our operating system support through a value added vendor (not directly from HP), but we received the compiler as an HP Prod/Subsys tape from HP after ordering it from our vendor.

  resulting output does not contain one of our language compilers, yet the
