In article <H000006600077713@MHS>, [log in to unmask] says:

>I have a customer who wants to hook two 3000s together using Token Ring,

>told them it isn't supported, so I'm asking the collective group mind
>if there is anyone out there running Token Ring between 3000s.

At my previous employer we were using Token-Ring a lot. All our 3000's
were Ethernet, but we had an Ethernet-TokenRing bridge and all the PC's
on the network were TR. Everything worked great....once I figured out
what was going on! Now one of the 3000's has a direct FDDI connection,
the rest are Ethernet, and all the PC's are Token Ring. Still works
great!

Your customer should not have any problems at all.
