I think you will find that MPEX has all the features you need.

%ABORTJOB #A10 (aborts a STREAMX scheduled job)
%ABORTJOB @J&SCHED (aborts only MPE-scheduled jobs)
%ABORTJOB SCHED-@A
If you dont have MPEX, then it is straightforward to write a script
based on the JOBCNT and JINFO CI functions.
