We are about to embark on an EDI implementation project.
Given our lack of experience, we are seeking some assistance.

I know there are about 4-5 solid product offerings on the HP3000 for
the translator/mapper/transaction software to get the data into/outof
MANMAN, but I am looking for some more general assistance.

Since I support 10 plants, each in different markets/products,etc.
the definition of policies, procedures, transaction sets, etc will be a
fair
amount of work.  We are interested in some help with the "up front"
work.
This is a user project, NOT an ISIT project.  They are at something of a
loss as to where to start, hence, this post.

If you have someone you have used in this sort of roll and were happy
with their performance, I'd like to know who they are.  If you are a
consultant
with specific experience in this area, and have some time available, I'd
like to hear from you as well.
