YES.
1. Stream Stan Sieler's BOUNCE at 6:00 with "IDLE JOE.ACCT = 1 NOWARN".
This will abort him after 1 second of idleness.
2. Write a logon UDC to JOE.ACCT in a group where JOE cannot modify files
IF HPHOUR = 6 THEN
COMMENT JOE, YOU MUST NOT WORK SO EARLY. COME BACK AFTER 7 O'CLOCK.
