But doesn't the Midwest get those funnel clouds, better known as tornados.

At roughly 17:50 PDT, San Francisco experienced a mild earthquake.
Coincidentally or not, this was while Ken Sletten was discussing IMAGE
enhancement requests during the SIGIMAGE meeting.

Say what you will about the Midwest, at least the ground stays put :)
