The START command has an optional "GROUP=" phrase.  If you omit it,
it's equivalent to saying "GROUP=CONFIG".

The RECOVERY keyword says: regardless of what group I'm specifying in
the START command, please read the I/O configuration from the group BOOTUP...
but *do* remember the group I specified, just in case someone someday should
want to know the name.

BTW, the free DMESG program (www.allegro.com/software/) and the TELESUP equivalent
can be used to view the startup info (unless too many messages were logged).
