The definative answer is that ODBCLink/SE which MBFoster Software Labs builds
in partnership with HP and licenses to HP is available to owners of Image/SQL
it is NOT part of FOS.

Seperate support fees are paid for Image/SQL. Image/SQL uses AllBase/SQL
technology to allow SQL access to Image databases.
