Just a thought:

There was a Interex CSL program called DOJOB, that I know has been updated for
MPE/iX (from MPE/V)... I just don't know if it's still on the CSL.

This program takes one parameter - the jobstream filename, and will stream the
job without asking for passwords.  It was a predecessor to the JOBSECURITY
command and the associated parameters for this function.  It also takes MPE
security into account, meaning that one cannot use DOJOB to stream a job in
another account.
