It really depends. If SPL is an integral part of your systems, then I
would say that she deserves whatever she wants to ask for. There are
very few of us SPL programmers left who know what they are doing.
Maybe you should be stating the question as, you are paying this person
x dollars and you want to know if this is on the high or low side.
