I agree that Win 3.x is obsolete.

Could the current version of QCTerm be frozen for those people who continue to
utilize Win 3.x, so they might have an alternative to Reflections / Minisoft?

No support or enhancements offered, but they could still utilize the product.
This would offer one additional incentive to move up to Win 9x/NT.
