Yes, and I blocked him from our server. I also warned him AND his ISP. On
the second one, I blocked him, and invoiced him for US$1,000.00 with a copy
to his ISP.

Since he was warned once, and there was no action taken on his part to
remove us, he now must pay our invoice, or incur the wrath of our collection
agency, when I turn it over to them.

I encourage everyone else to do the same --- warn him once (that's the legal
way to do it), and if he dosen't remove you within 10 days, and you receive
another one after that 10 day period, bill him for whatever you want. Be
sure to include in the warning, the amount you intend to bill him if he
sends any more. Again - gotta keep it above board.

Best Regards,
Joe
