I'm looking for FREEWARE-SHAREWARE-CONTRIBUTED LIBRARY
software utilities on the HP3000 for two needs:

1. To monitor jobs and email or call a cell phone when
anything aborts

2. To force periodic password changing at MPE level

Please advise if you have or know of a way to obtain
solutions for these two needs.
