Tom,

What everyone has said is quite true. The A and N class servers will manage
the DTCs just fine. Beware that not all previous versions of NMCONFIG are
compatible with 7.0.  I have had to hand enter the configuration on a couple
of installs because 'you can't get there from here' issues.
