Try sloping your slashes the other way.

I see what you see with MOVE and /, but MOVE with \ works a treat.

>rename filea /folder2/filea

rename /? will inform you that:-

RENAME [drive:][path]filename1 filename2.
REN [drive:][path]filename1 filename2.

Note that you cannot specify a new drive or path for your destination 
file.

no matter which way you slope your '/'s.
