OpenLink's ODBC (and JDBC) drivers support keyset-driven cursor modes, with
full dynamic cursors expected soon. They're available from
http://www.openlinksw.com/.

It depends on whether the application uses SQLConnect() or SQLDriverConnect(),
because the latter has a flag to control whether logon details could/should be
requested.
