Thanks Giles! I got another CMP board from across town - in exchange I have
to rent a truck and haul off a bunch  of their stuff - Alas, the board
apparently isn;t the problem. So much for descriptive error messages! Our CE
is coming by tomorrow to try and fix the problem...
