Reflections transfer and FSERR 106 -reply

I found the problem.

1. I was able to create the error on the HP by
:Build  frogfile;rec=-718,,f,ascii;disc=10000000

This gave me the FSERROR 106

2.  Next by reducing the disc file size to 4000000
The error went away.

3. On the file transfer in reflection file transfer setup I gave the record
number a limit of 4,000,000.  My transfer is still running but is working
fine.
