danger, will robinson, danger!!

if you are on a new enough (6.5 or better) release of mpe....i *think*
you run a real risk of breaking things (like psmon) by disabling the
shell.  if you're running any 'internet' servers (like apache or
samba), you need the shell.  if the goal is to keep *interactive*
users out, you could probably write a udc that does an
'hpintereactive' check prior to running the shell.

i'm curious -- why do you want to do this??          - d
