Part of the problem is that the first 2 parameters to GENMSG are
usually a message catalog SET number, and a MSG number (16 bit integers).
This SPL uses a special feature of GENMSG in that if SET = -1, the MSG
number is a byte address of a message to kick out.
In NM mode, the generated switch stub, doesn't know this, and
the address is now a 32bit number. It may be possible to "tweek" the
stub appropriatly.
I believe that in calling the NM genmsg procedure, it cannot handle this
special case of accepting an address instead of a MSG number.
So I believe the only hope would be to get a switch stub to work.
