HP has said that Express 7 is an express release, because *new* systems get
shipped with a PP7 *and* a subsystem tapes. Older systems should just
re-use their subsystem tape from express 3.
Of course, as far as I'm concerned, this means HP screwed up and shouldn't
have called Express 7 and express release ... some marketing person probably
got ambitious. (Do you agree, Jon? If the E7 subsys tape = the E3 subsys tape,
then E7 was *not* a real express release)
