I don't know, but my wild guess is Query.

OTOH, the oldest manuals I still find useful enough to keep on the shelf
just above my desk (in a single binder) are:
   SPL Reference Manual
      2nd Edition plus Update #2
      December 1977
   SPL Textbook
      1st Edition plus "Update #3 Incorporated"
      September 1977
   HP3000 Series II and III Machine Instruction Set Reference Manual
      2nd Edition
      August 1978
