After spending the better part of two days on this, chasing down all
sorts of things, I found the problem.

On the system that had the problem, the program file
QUICK.PH839C1.COGNOS was bad.  Although it had the same EOF as the one
on the good system, it was not identical.  As soon as I replaced it with
a good copy, the problem went away.

I don't have much experience with QUICK screens, so could use some help
understanding this abort.  Environment is PowerHouse 8.39C1 on MPE/iX
7.5.  QUICK aborts, apparently during initialization before displaying
the first screen.  It's happening consistently on all QUICK applications
on one of our test servers.  Other test machines, apparently configured
the same, work OK.  The problem machine was configured recently, and
QUICK has never worked on it.  QTP and QUIZ seem to work OK.  Following
is the output.  I appreciate any help.
