I am looking for some info from people who have used 3rd party support for
their HP3000 hardware.  I don't want to hear from vendors, but I am looking
for good/bad stories.  If anyone is willing to give an evaluation for Black
River, I'd love to talk to you.  I have their list of references, but as
you know, you only list references of the organizations that will say
everything is wonderful.  I'm looking to try to balance the good with the bad.
