What Jerry says is very true... there has been some "musical chairs" within
CSY (and within HP in general).  The entire CSY "team" works very well
together and the loss of two key people is not going to disrupt this.

Some people in CSY, just like in many other large companies, see
opportunities in other areas of the company - and take them.  Sometimes, the
company sees an opportunity for an individual to contribute in another area.
It has to be good for Jim and Roy, people wouldn't accept the assignment if
it wasn't - and HP dosen't just move people for the heck of it.
