A bank account for the WSJ ad project was established yesterday (a process
that took interminably longer than it should have). I, Valerie Atmar, my wife
and partner, and Rene Woc of Adager have been made cosigners. Rene kindly
agreed to be included as insurance to keep the funds out of probate should
anything happen to the both of us.

Ted Ashton, who is acting as external auditor in this process, will probably
start providing updates in a day or so, once the funds begin to build up, as
to the list of contributors and the total dollar amount so far gathered.

In the interim, the details on how to contribute to the project follow below.
No amount is too small or is unappreciated; having your name associated with
the project is more important than the dollar amount.

=======================================

To send your contributions by mail or overnight courier, the addresses are:

     AICS Research, Inc.
     PO Box 4691
     University Park, NM 88003

     AICS Research, Inc.
     640 West Las Cruces Avenue
     Las Cruces, NM 88005

Use the second address for FedEx and UPS shipments. Our phone and fax numbers
are:

     (800) AICS-INC
     (505) 524-9800
     (505) 526-4700 fax

INCLUDE YOUR EMAIL ADDRESS. We will send you a receipt the moment we receive
it (Ted Ashton of Southern University is acting as an external auditor and
will receive a duplicate of your receipt at the same time). Make your checks
payable to:

          HP3000 Ad Campaign/AICS Research, Inc.

Ted Ashton will publish a list of contributors and the total dollar amount
(but NOT the amount contributed by each individual), as often as he feels it
appropriate.

However, if you feel that you should remain anonymous, "Anonymous"
contributions will be gratefully accepted and will be completely respected.
In that event, only Ted and we will know the details of the contributions.

You may also contribute via charge card. To do so, fax us the necessary
information:

o (card type, card number, expiration date, and amount)
o along with your email address.

Our fax number is: (505) 526-4700. We will email you (and Ted) a receipt as
soon as we possibly can (most likely within an hour, if it's during our
normal business hours).

There is a transaction fee associated with each card. We can either subtract
out the fee from your contribution or you can add it on yourself. The rates
(rounded up just a bit) are:

      Visa 3%
      MC 3.5%
      AmEx 3.5%.

A good part of our concern is -- should this fail -- that everyone gets their
money back. A full and complete accounting is necessary in that event. A bank
account has been established, with Wirt Atmar, Valerie Atmar and Rene Woc as
co-signers. A standard bank account is only insured up to a $100,000 limit.
If the contributions go over that, we'll start a second bank account in order
to secure the funds.
