Ernie,

you should not run FSCHECK while the system is "up and humming".

FSCHECK is meant to be run on a "standalone" system with no other
job or session activity. Otherwise it could report "false alarms"
when the file system structures change while it is performing its
checks. In very rare cases it might even result in a system hang.
