Duane:

I filled out the same form and had the identical reaction. Not only
that, but the form had all sorts of problems on the back end which
resulted in corrupted data and display of local server information in
the public web page. From that data I realized that the server was NT
based running on a small Vectra. Maybe the poor guy I spoke with about
the problem should be using a more robust solution, like Image/SQL on a
3K? ;-)
